CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEAs CSR, you will play a key role in Aptivs managing the contar all requirements, deliveries, shipments and customer service attention.Your RoleResponsible meet % customer requirements, deliveries, shipments and customer service attentionHandling product deliverinishing and assignment, manage materials system to ensure that the customer's requirements are exact and communicate them to the assembly plants.Formulate and delegate logistir emergency deliveriesResponsibr logistics, ordlfillment and customer paymentcilitating problem solving with customer materialActing as liaison between customers, production and distribution departmentsAnalyze and summarizing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasor product returnsResponsibr Customer Score Cards and Internal KPI as metric deploymentResponsible as Company representative in all customer meetingsAnalyze and control thru DELJIT and DELFOR customer increases and decreasesManage customer demar E&O control and mitigationYour Background- Business Administration, Industrial Engineer BD or similar career- years Importante empresa as Costumer Contac Leader st pace industry.- Importante empresa on Tier and Tier automotive industry- Importante empresa in any OEM liRD, STELANTIS, DAIMLER, GENERAL MOTORS,- In-depth knowledge of customer contact/service principles and practices- Excellent organizational and planning skills- Ability to takedecisions and good judgment in emergency situations.- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others- Microsoft Office advance knowledge- Business English speaking- SAP Importante empresa in Shipping, Deliveries, Invoices, Inventories (MM Module)- Customer certification and/or diplomas a plus- Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and customcused working styleAptiv Rewards & AdvantagesRecognitir innovation and excellence, Opportunities to give back to the community, Meaningful work that makes a difference in the world.Some see differences.
