Eaton's AER Aerospace Group division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.**What you'll do**:**Job Summary**The Customer Service Representative will be the main contact point for customers. This role will focus on assisting and advising customers from order entry through delivery cycle while collaborating closely with related team, ensuring customer needs are always met. Continuously strive to provide timely information and best service possible to both internal and external customers.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers.- Work closely with multi-functional team to ensure correct order processing and on time delivery.- Accurately generate and/or populate open order reports, sales reports and others as needed.- Efficient order entry and order management.- Process post order requirements such as but not limited to credit, debit and RMAs.- Monitor and effectively maintain order information on customer portals.- Follow up on customer complaints and strive for satisfactory solutions for both parties.- Work in a team environment to achieve the division's sales & margin objectives.- Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical requirements.- Comply with the company's policies and procedures.- Be aware of the company's and own obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations as well as the company's documented Quality Management systems.- Other duties as requested by management.LI-AR7**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required5.- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related position within the manufacturing industry.**Technical knowledge**:- SAP experience preferred.- Excel basic to medium skills.- Bilingual English/Spanish 90~100% written and spoken proficiency.- EDI knowledge preferred.- Experience and proficiency in basic computer skills -Outlook, Microsoft Office**Soft skills**:- Detail and results oriented.- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and organization skills.- Experience working with standardized processes with mínimal supervision.- Fast learner.- Proactive in looking for process improvements.- Self-driven and motivated.- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize responsibilities and provide prompt follow-up with appropriate sense of urgency.- Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback.We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
