The world is becoming smaller, and Small World is proud to be playing a crucial role in helping people feel closer together and better connected.Customer Service RepresentativeRole: Customer service, complaints, modifications, cancellations, coordination, and any matter related to a transaction.**Responsibilities**:- Provide transaction assistance to agents (money order status, money order problems, provide solutions).- Request proof of payment when the client reported an irregular situation with the collection of the shipment.- Coordinate and recommend transactions to speed up shipping payment times.- Follow up for the timely payment of transactions (call the sender, payer, or beneficiary for help, investigate the causes of delays in transfers).- Request additional information from clients on time and form when necessary (identification, proof of funds, etc.)- Attend to the claims of the agents, whether of the service provided either internally or at the point of payment.- Channel to the appropriate area when the agent's request is out of our reach.- Manage records of shipments to customers who request it to customers in the United States and Canada
