**Responsibilities**:

- Help both casual and tech-savvy customers navigate our website, creating and modifying custom designs, and assisting with accurate order processing.
- Create competitive, custom quotes for customer order requests.
- Act as a point of contact between our customers and the company's departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Complete time-sensitive customer follow-ups to ensure fulfillment of potential sales and customer service needs.

**Job Requirements**:

- True Computer Proficiency - you're a rockstar using a computer and navigating between systems
- Bilingual - English with 80-90%+ Proficiency.
- High attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Previous experience with custom manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
- Inside sales experience a plus.

Availability To work on Monday to Friday from7 am to 5 pm_**
**_This is a full-time on-site job located in Hacienda del Colorado, 22220 Tijuana, B.C. (Near Chevron Stadium home of Toros de Tijuana)_**
