We are looking for an organized, oin our greatest family, Customs Agency G-Global Leader in the field of Foreign Trade for expansion and growth is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE in the city of TIJUANA.**Main activities**:- Follow-up of Customer Service directly.- Solving problems directly with the client and the operation.- Responsible for the analysis and attention of improvement projects of the different business units.- Coordination of periodic meetings with clients and business units of the group.- Conduct monthly satisfaction surveys Make periodic visits with clients if applicable.- Database feed and customer follow-up.- High orientation and customer solutions- Marketing Proactivity Focus on results and problem solving- Visa- Advanced English (Indispensable)- Technological skills Experience dealing with clients- Excellent oral and written communication- Excellent service attitude
