Kovet Hospitality, Inc. is a furniture manufacturer in Tijuana, BC providing hand-crafted upholstered seating for premier hotels, resorts, casinos and Senior Living facilities in the US. We are a team-oriented factory with a culture centered around providing beautiful furniture and excellent customer service to our clients.We are searching for fun and energetic individuals to help grow our Project Management teams. Individuals who are self-motivated, can communicate confidently with a strong customer service mindset, have high organizational skills and bring with them a willingness and eagerness to grow professionally using their own individual assets. Kovet offers excellent benefits and an environment of growth.Knowledge of furniture manufacturing is helpful, but not necessary, as most tasks and skills are learned with on-the-job training. This position requires direct interface with Engineers, Craftsman, Upholsterers, Finishers and Carpenters at our factory, as well as our outside Sales Team and our clients. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational aspects of multiple projects at once. Continuous follow-up and review of orders to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time. Ability to assess project issues and how to develop solutions to meet production, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.- Working closely with US based customers through multiple approval processes to best coordinate and understand customer requirements for their order(s).- Help establish production and delivery schedules through direct communication with scheduling department to ensure accurate and on time delivery.- Interface with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Project Management to ensure customer's requests are managed in a timely fashion and in accordance with their specifications.**Requirements**:- Excellent English written and oral communication skills- Experience in managing multiple projects at once.- Advanced Computer Skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and self-manage time effectively- Willingness to learn- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Capacity to work with Executives and all levels of the organization and be able to present deliverables to the organization**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per week
