.**_Job Summary_**The Customer Service Representative will be the main contact point for all customers. This role will focus on assisting and advising customers, ensuring customer needs are always met, and continuously striving to provide the best service possible to our customers. The key areas include, relationship building, proactively developing the role to meet changing market and customer needs, being fully accountable for the order through to delivery cycle, providing up to date information on products and service to our customers and providing support to the sales team.**_Job Responsibilities_**- Develop strong relationships with all customers.- Accept, Quote, advise and process inquiries and orders.- Assist customers with technical information, product descriptions, pricing and anticipated delivery.- Work in a team environment to achieve the division's sales & margin objectives.- Efficient Processing of Sales Orders, Post Order Management, Credit Requests, Warranty Requests and Back Order reports.- Provide Technical support regarding products.- Follow up with key customer complaints about relevant company products and aim for satisfactory solutions from both the company's and the customer's viewpoints. Recommend product modifications in response to customer problems.- Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical requirements- Comply with the company's policies and procedures.- Be aware of the company's and your own obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations as well as the company's documented Quality Management systems.EHS Responsibilities:- Separate hazardous waste from the common waste.- Place hazardous waste (gloves, rags, etc.) in assigned containers.- Keep clean the work area contaminant free.- Do not waste water.- Report any activity that may jeopardize my safety and the environment.- Identify and properly dispose all the chemicals that may contaminate the environment.- Ensure the correct container for the disposal of hazardous waste (identified containers and containers to prevent spills).- Report the entry of new Chemicals required for Maintenance purposes due to mantain a record updated and assure the compliance of the correct handling of them.- Contain oil spills and repair as necessary.LI-MM3**Qualifications**:**_ Qualifications_**- Education level required:_- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, related or approved field from an accredited institution required.- Years and area of experience required: _- A minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service or a related position within the manufacturing industry.- Technical knowledge:_- SAP experience and knowledge.- Soft skills:_- Fast learner. Ability to train others and work in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Results orientated. Analytical skills and detail-orientation. Be reliable, responsive, timely and courteous. Innovative in looking for process improvements
