**Job Description**:- Researches and resolves complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Maintains direct contact with numerous departments, outside Sales Representatives and multiple channels of distribution.- Promotes organizations products and services.- Work is performed under moderate supervision.- Follow up on communication between corporate and planning / operations.- Analyze availability of materials to make commitments with customers.- Great customer service follow up and communication skills.- Elaborate daily reports to meet the required orders from different customers.- Coordination with internal departments to meet customer needs.
