**Key Responsibilities**
- Escalate inquiries to the appropriate team
- Check product or service availability
- Assist customers with registration or account creation
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service (at least 1 year)
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel
- Basic level of english
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to a variety of personalities
