Also to maintain a great communication with our customers and deliver an awesome service.Soft Skills- Verbal communication- Tolerance of change and uncertainty- Willingness to learn Leadership- Decision making- Networking- Teamwork- Accepting feedbackHard Skills- Analytical skills- Writing skills- Language skills- Project management skills- Technical skills- Computer skills- Microsoft Office skills- Management skillsKey responsibilitiesMagic tools you need to rock the role:- Provides above and beyond awesome service while helping customers with their tracking and questions.- Passion for delivering an awesome customer service- Outstanding written, verbal and communication skills.- Multitasker with a high sense of urgency.- Seeking action-oriented and flexible problem-solvers to assist our customers- Empathize and prioritize customer needs.- Resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills are needed.- Empowerment to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary- Maintain excellent communication and attendance with the customers assigned and their shipments.- Ability to maintain composure in highly complicated situations- High fidelity to the organization processes.- Analytical, proactive & organized profile, you'll be working with statistics and reports.Your mission as Customer Success Executive:- Full-cycle master of our operational process from assignment to delivery of our global operations.- Responsible for the greatest attention & monitoring of every customer in our portfolio.- Expert on system ID creation to start the operational process such as import IDs from quotes or creation of direct orders etc.- Data in this department is key, so you'll be creating statistics and reports for our customers.- Proactive communication with customers for updates and follow up through media such as calls,mails,whatsapp etc.- Future ninja of our tools and software as Shared logistics & Fourkite.- Teamwork with our operations team.- Requesting for billing sales is also a key task
