This role is key in overseeing the full order fulfilment process for both domestic and export customers.We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.This position is initially for a fixed term period of 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.About the roleAs the first point of contact for customer queries, you'll be responsible for processing orders, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating shipments, and managing after-receipt claims.
