This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding our products and services. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience and exceptional English reading, writing, and communication skills.This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.What You'll DoProvide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications.Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies, with a particular focus on food allergies and dietary restrictions.Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company procedures.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify, including order processing, account management, and payment issues.Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.Stay informed about industry trends and changes related to food allergies, Shopify updates, and customer service best practices.What You Need2+ years of experience in a customer service representative role.Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills with a focus on clear and effective communication.Basic understanding of food allergies, including common allergens and their impact on individuals with dietary restrictions.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platform.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Salary & PerksCompetitive salary.This is a full-time, long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.The next step will take you to an application form that requires you to answer some questions and upload your resume in English.
