Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:Manages the receipt and process of customer ordersGenerates customer invoices and collaborates with PM, Production, planners, and shippingCreate and run reports such as Sales, Shipping, Delivery Scorecard, Inventory, reports, and customer account informationQualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferablyExperience with ERP systems, specifically SAPKnowledge of IATF 16949:2016Proven skills with MS Office programs, especially ExcelPC proficiency including MS Office Products with an emphasis on ExcelAbout BizLink:We are a U.S.-headquartered and vertically integrated manufacturer of interconnect products (connectors, wire, cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, fiber optic devices, etc.)
