You will get the opportunity to contribute to consolidate a relationship of trust with customers through a proactive attitude of service focused on providing customers with the service they expect in a more effective and efficient manner than the competition, and have a positive impact on our people.You will be accountable for:Coordinate and manage according to the customer service procedure and records in ERP, the activities involved in the resale and indent (direct) operations of the markets that are served to guarantee at each stage of said processes, the service expected from both external clients and internal and intercompany.Reception and monitoring of customer purchase orders to ensure on-time and complete delivery according to the date negotiated with the customer and planning.Coordinate with Distribution or Foreign Trade the necessary documents required for correct delivery to the customer.Monitoring and entry of all indent (direct) orders to ensure correct service from our subsidiaries to the end customer and keep a record of the commissions that must be charged.Be an important filter of the orders to be shipped to ensure that Solvay policies are met, both regarding minimum billing levels per order and reviewing sales prices to the customer in system vs. the customer's purchase order and commercial quote.About youRelevant education degree: Bachelor degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineer or Foreign Trade or Business Administration.Relevant work experience in 3 years in similar or related positions, English C1 (advanced) and SAP (desirable).Customer-orientedCorporate and Business strategyProject ManagementBehaviors:Professional ethicsConfidentialityRespectAbout the pay and benefitsAttractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Mexico base pay reasonably expected for this role is $28,000 to $35,000 MXN monthly, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives
