Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and store policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, aiming to achieve a positive resolution for both the customer and the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the store's products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle and process customer online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Advanced English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse customers.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.
