Buckland strives to provide customized services in a memorable way.**Position Summary**This position is responsible for coordinating export and import shipments for a high value customer. This position will support carriers and the entry team to ensure all documents are complete and accurate and available for crossing on time. This position is an in-house position, working in the office at the customer's location.**What we can offer you**- Competitive salary- A friendly, collaborative work environment- Opportunities for professional development & ongoing learning- A chance to be part of a growing organization**Key Responsibilities**:- To provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers in acquiring the proper import documentation- Coordinates with customer, logistics team, carrier and Mexican Broker to ensure documents required for border crossing are available timely to ensure smooth import- Collect shipment documents and ensure documents and seal accurately matched to trailer- Queries handled in a prompt, efficient and professional manner- Assist with additional projects as requested- High School diploma or equivalent- 1+ years logistics and/or customs experience preferred- Customer Service experience- Bilingual communication skills (writing and speaking) in English and Spanish is mandatory- Ability and desire to occasionally travel to USA, Canada and Mexico- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks- Above average and accurate keyboarding skills necessary
