Facilitate set up of Mexican IOR file with Buckland MX broker Portfolio Partnership. Integrate Legal MX files on IOR and update forms in compliance with Mexican regulations early in the calendar year. Coordinate all shipments for customs clearance in a timely fashion and ensure process flow based on best practices per shipment type: Air, Land. Communicate, delegate, and expedite shipment clearance through multiple ports with Buckland MX Vendors in accordance with client's priorities and instructions. Assist with Compliance and monitor operations per types: V1, RT, F4, A3 and others as requested. Prepare customs and internal documents for customs clearance. Coordinate daily tasks in an efficient manner; prioritize activities and define urgent process reviews for Warehouse and office improvement. Complete mid to high volume shipment clearance for Air and Land at different Mexican Ports of entry/outcome. Prepare daily and weekly reports based on shipment status for Air and Land shipments. Assess customs operation performance for MX Vendors. Provide information requested for Mexican Trade compliance. Perform auditing on BGSS and ensure shipment documents are promptly uploaded on the Buckland Portal. Handle queries in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner. Integrate Summary Shipment for Liquidation Box Reports. Provide management reports and full accountability for billing. Client servicing and reporting of any issues to Team Leader/Manager. Work to be performed in conformance with the Buckland Quality System (BQS). Other duties or projects as assigned. What we need from you International Business/International Commerce/International Logistics Bachelor Degree. Excellent customer service skills and ability to generate and follow up on sales leads. Ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Above average and accurate keyboarding skills. Must be flexible for work on weekends and holidays as required. Some travel may be required to our office locations. What skills & experience you'll bring to us 3+ years of experience with Mexican Import/Exports Operations. Proven knowledge of Mexican Legislation in Foreign Trade Business. Customs experience is an asset. English language skills as a native or second language (TOEFL 550). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel skills are an asset. Position regulated by Mexico STPS. Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times. Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel to USA/Canada.
