The representative is expected to answer questions and resolve any issues presented by the Ambassador or customer in a prompt and professional manner. The representative will enhance company relations with Ambassadors and customers by establishing a relationship and developing rapport. The call types will include general, orders, and product information and may require the representative to work with various departments to resolve.**Job Duties**:- Research and resolve issues related to Ambassador's business (Commissions, qualifications, lost packages, delivery delays, wrong destination, address confirmation, etc.)- Liaison between Ambassador and appropriate department for the solution of a problem.- Handles incoming requests from Ambassadors and other Plexus departments to provide adequate answers to Ambassadors.- Identify potential problems through daily activity, based on common issues being presented and provide corrective and preventative information on the order entry process procedure.- Ensure daily Order Entry activities and responsibilities are fully met by supporting as required.- Verify all incoming information, evaluate possible solution and make sure every issues has been resolved or attended in a timely manner.- Learn and understand the Marketing Plan as it pertains to Ambassador Services Operations and the company.- Keep abreast of new information on products, promotions, processes and procedures to provide consistent information and explanations to Ambassadors.- Cross-train with other departments and assist during peak periods.- Directs inbound questions to the appropriate departments for resolution.- Remains flexible in hours available for work.
