**Customer Service Job duties**:
- Register bookings in the on-line system per Booking procedure verifying accuracy of information.
- Trucking dispatch process, coordination with trucker: appointment pick up, special requirements registered by shipper and ensure cargo gate into the terminal before cut off.
- Create, amend, or transfer export bookings utilizing appropriate Systems and Guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1 year of customer service and 1 year shipping experience
