As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking phone calls, answering basic questions, and directing the most complex issues to the right person in the team.
**The activities for this position are**:
- Answer all phone calls, escalate when needed, answer basic homeowner questions, and post them in the CRM system.
- Data entry into the system.
- Book meetings.
- Update the company's website.
**SCHEDULE**:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00._

**Minimum requirements**
- At least one year of experience working in a Call Center.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 360.
It's a plus if you have the following:
- Experience using CINC systems.
- Experience working with American customers.
