**Position Overview**
As the **Customer Service Manager**, you will be the heart of our client experience, ensuring smooth communication, problem-solving, and ongoing client satisfaction. You'll lead efforts to enhance our customer service operations while working closely with our dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Success**: Act as the primary point of contact for families, teachers, and charter school representatives, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with our internal team to ensure that schedules, lesson notes, and any customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyze and refine customer service workflows, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency.
- **Data Management**: Oversee CRM (HubSpot) entries, track customer interactions, and ensure accurate documentation for all accounts.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor client feedback, identify trends, and proactively recommend improvements to elevate the customer experience.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolve complex customer challenges and escalate issues as necessary to maintain trust and satisfaction.
**What We're Looking For**
- **Experience**: 3+ years of customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in education or a service-oriented field.
- **Tech-Savviness**: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in managing schedules, calendars, and workflows.
- **People Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Organizational Excellence**: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
- **Problem Solver**: Ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly while keeping a positive attitude.
