.**Who We Are**: We are a community association management firm that manages homeowner associations (HOAs) and condo associations (COAs) in the United States, and cares for the physical and financial health of over 6,000 people's homes and communities.- **Homeowner Communications**: Responding to homeowner inquiries related to maintenance requests, account balance, architectural requests, portal login access, etc.- **Prospective Homebuyer Communications**: Replying to inquiries from title companies and buyers' attorneys related to document requests for home sales or refinances.- **Vendor Communications**: Communicating with vendors to assign and follow-up on outstanding maintenance work orders.- **Miscellaneous Admin**: A general part of the role will be to take on various miscellaneous administrative tasks that will help us improve customer service and grow.At the end of your first year, **success would mean**:- **High efficiency**: You are at least as efficient as our current highly efficient customer support team.- **Risk mitigating**: Appropriately escalated all high-risk situations that pose potential safety or liability concerns. Detailed scenarios of high-risk situations to be discussed during training.- **Happy stakeholders**: Positive 360° feedback from teammates and clients.**Job Requirements**:- Perfect written English without grammatical errors or typos- Perfect verbal English with an accent that is as close to the standard American accent as practical- Detail-oriented- Customer service mindset that includes effective listening and patient communication- Ability to learn quickly based on written and verbal instructions- Discipline to work efficiently as a remote team member- Work hours will be 8:30am-5pm EST Monday to Friday (New York time zone)This includes a 30-minute lunch break.**Work Location Requirements**:- Work from home position- Home office should be quiet and without disruptive background noise- Have reliable and fast internet service or a willingness to upgrade your internet.
