Job Description:
- Receive and process orders/purchase write up
- Follow up with internal or external customers to clarify orders/purchase write up if needed.
- Confirm orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate orders internally according to the established process.
- Make recommendations on process improvement when efficiency and effectiveness can be gained for the mutual benefit of Tradin and customers.
- Assure ownership of operational costs.
- Validate Quality Assurance approval of vendor/item and certification link.
Responsible for inbox tracking and order distribution
- Facilitate product releases and pick-ups with 3rd party warehouses as needed.
- Arrange domestic truck freight with our carrier partners.
- Prepare appropriate documentation for customers.
- Identify potential for shipment delays and work toward resolution.
- Verify and track orders and shipments.
- Create logistics documentation.
- Assist with resolution of shipping, product, and invoice problems.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed following established guidelines.
- Manage relationships with the warehouses.
- Create a relationship with the customers.
- In the case of an inventory discrepancy, resolve it.
- Batch assignment. (FIFO and seek internal approval)
**Profile**:
Education BS in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or Industrial and/or Process Engineer or equivalent years of experience
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role.
Compensation:
Monthly base salary: $19,000.00
Annual bonnus (STIP) - 5% (based on performance)
