To be prepared for this, and to ensure that our expertise is aligned with our customer needs, we're now looking for a talented Customer Service Representative for Mexican market.
Your challenge
In this position, your overall mission is to provide world class customer service experience to both existing and prospective customers within Mexico.
You take full ownership of the order-to-delivery process, securing the execution of commercial support to fulfill customer's satisfaction's expectations.
Amongst the possible queries you support the business with offers, quotations and stock availability information for standard products, secure data quality within our systems, monitor order progress, and secure billing and delivery activities, and related administration.
You are able to support and drive Shop Online and e-Commerce solutions by providing assistance and instructions to customers on our self-service processes.
Your character
We're looking for someone with a Customer Service experience or aptitude, possibly gained in a global industry.
You know how to create relationships and to communicate positively and effectively with internal and external customers, with a positive mindset and approach.
The role is oriented to people with Bachelor's degree (preferable) or relevant qualifications in Business Administration or Engineering.
As we work in an international setting, you need to proficient Spanish skills (required), both written and verbal.
Advanced English is also a must.
