Our US team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Helpware team. Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: Responding to customer needsEnsuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely mannerProvide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable mannerUtilize various Helpware and client-based tools and applications for customer supportFully dedicated to a 40-hour work week with shifting schedules Qualifications: At least 1+ years of BPO experience preferably in customer serviceOutstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customersB2 English ProficiencyCapability to maintain the highest confidentiality around company proprietary informationEnjoyment of working with and communicating with people and solving problemsAbility to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasantSolid problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skillsQuick thinker & able to adaptCourteous with customers#J-18808-Ljbffr
