Primary Responsibilities:Develop an understanding of all our client's products & user profiles & respond to changes in them as they ariseOnboard new users who reach out with questionsSupport users with account issues, information retrieval, help them find network dentistsActively seek for and feedback product issues, common questions & potential improvements in the product/marketing/serviceHelp network dentists find and access payment schedules, suggest/upsell them to the BNPL productRespond in real-time to live inbound requests on live chat, email, phone & other channels and ensure a positive and rewarding customer experience for allOther related tasksQualifications:6-month experience in a customer service role, dental or subscription service support experience preferred.
