They are based all over North America, and, with a highly skilled and experienced professional team, have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner have the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.**As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the customer service processes, delivering satisfaction while complying with procedures and rules set by the company. Some of your main activities will be**:- Being the company's first point of contact for homeowners and vendors.- Transfer calls to appropriate team members and other associated duties when needed.- Work hand to hand with internal departments to meet the customer's and vendor's needs.- Data entry in various platforms.- Process tickets in CRM (salesforce).**WORK SCHEDULE**Monday - FridayService window from 6:00 to 19:00 CST (you will be assigned an 8-hour shift)**WE OFFER**:- Competitive salary.- Remote Work and equipment (Laptop, Monitor, and headset)- 12 days of Vacation at the year mark.- Vacation Bonus.- 30-Day Aguinaldo.- Mayor Medical Insurance.- Minor Medical Insurance.- Food Vouchers (10% gross monthly salary).- Restaurant Tickets (MXN 2,000 per month).- Savings Fund (8% of the monthly wage).**Requirements**:- Advanced English (Verbal and Writing).- 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist, or similar position.- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing).- Advanced MS Office 365 and Google Suit knowledge.- Tech Savvy
