You are a problem-solver and will play a role as a customer service agent. You will need to wear a variety of hats.Customer ExperienceYou'll constantly be asking yourself, "how can this be better for our customers?"You'll make recommendations for ways to improve the customer experience, and you'll implement many of them.You'll solve issues that arise for customers as needed.You'll pick up the phone and talk to customers.
