We are fast-moving and passionate about what we do and now we're looking for the right teammate to help take us to the next level.**Customer Service Specialist****Status**: Full time**Reports to**:Customer Service Lead/ Customer Service Manager**Responsibilities and Duties**Cover phone linesAnswer all incoming calls during business hoursRespond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.Assist our customers by answering product and service questions.Manage outbound follow up calls as needed.Work with the Customer Service team to:To review and process Warranty, Shipping Damage, and Return ClaimsMonitor outbound and return trackingWork with Customer Service Lead and Manager to:Escalate issues as neededprovide feedback from customers to ensure communication between departmentsVarious small projects as needed**Education & Experience Requirements**:High school diploma or equivalentEnglish: 90% Written / 90% SpokenProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeStrong team player working with others on a team to support and adapt seasonal volumeStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively**Special Requirements**:**Skills**Strong and comfortable Speaking Skills.EmpathyAdaptabilityAbility to Use Positive LanguageClear Communication SkillsResponsible and TrustworthyPatienceProblem solving skills**Desired but not required.**Experience inShopify (or any type of back end e-commerce program)Netsuite (or any type of central order processing platform)Shiphero (or any type of warehouse software)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $550.00 al díaHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Fuertes habilidades de manejo de contactos telefónicos y escucha activa.- Familiaridad con los sistemas y prácticas de CRM.- Shopify (o cualquier tipo de programa de comercio electrónico de back-end)- Netsuite (o cualquier tipo de plataforma central de procesamiento de pedidos)- Shiphero (o cualquier tipo de software de almacén)- Gorgias/Zendesk (o cualquier tipo de programa de correo electrónico centralizado)Educación:- Secundaria terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
