**Role purpose**Analyze customer demand, detect variations and issue timely internal signals that allow for optimal planning of available resources, seeking to proactively contribute to the achievement of sales, inventory, premium freight, past due, DSA and other objectives.
**Requirements: -**Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field.- Minimum intermediate English, able to have verbal and written communication with customers.- 3 years in the automotive industry, production control, material planning, customer service and ERP knowledge.
**Key responsibilities**- Maintain customer service process and demand analysis, according to APICS.- Manage customer demand against what is defined in the commercial contract (% variation).- Contribute to the achievement of new launches through effective and methodical participation.- Contribute in the achievement of EP and EOS DSA by issuing correct and timely signals.- Participate in the development and calculation of returnable and disposable packaging fleet for new programs, maintain updated internal information so that the material is placed in the right packaging.- Issue reliable sales forecast based on demand (Weekly, SIOP).- Maintain updated MFG screens with the correct parameters according to the product and customer's particular situation.- Minimize logistics costs through prevention, demand analysis, timely and adequate signals to material planning, shipments and invoicing.- Promote a cordial, respectful, open and sustainable relationship with customers through scheduled calls and visits.- Calculate and maintain finished product stocks by analyzing demand and considering possible agreements with customers.
