Customer Service Specialist

Responsible for supporting Bigo Live North American Broadcasters and their activities every day
- Responsible for updating and maintaining dashboards, reviewing auditions, and communicating to external partners with consistent accuracy and precision
- Drive quantitative increases in community participation through events and in-app activations
- Collaborate with United States Cross-functional groups to drive team and business results within budgetary guidelines

Skill
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (bi-lingual English and Spanish Proficiency required)
- A passion for collaboration - able to work in a hybrid and startup environment across time zones and languages to identify problems, inform colleagues, craft solutions, deliver results as a team
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Professional with flexible schedule
- Good knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (index/match, count/sumifs, vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
- Bonus: Self-motivated fast learner with a results-driven approach and passion for the fast-evolving internet age
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, good teamwork spirit

**Salary**: $24,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month
