We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth processing and fulfillment of customer orders.Key responsibilities include:Enter a high volume of incoming orders into the SAP system accurately and promptly.Follow orders through the system from the time of order entry through invoicing.Manage and determine the appropriate method of order entry and shipment for accuracy and customer satisfaction.Provide accurate and timely communication, including written correspondence, telephone, and electronic exchange to all customers (internal and external).Negotiate with Planning and Distribution for product availability and, if necessary, expedite shipments and coordinate back orders.Take responsibility for errors and initiate actions to prevent reoccurrence.Establish and maintain productive working relationships with customers, co-packers, and all internal departments.Investigate customer complaints regarding services, billings, and issues, resulting in the appropriate resolution and corrective action for both the external customer and Barry Callebaut.About you:College degree strongly preferred.2 years customer service experience.English 80% (conversation and written).SAP Experience is a plus.Sales Force experience strongly preferred.Strong time administration and organization.Teamwork.What you can expect from Barry Callebaut:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
