We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth processing and fulfillment of customer orders.Key responsibilities include:Enter a high volume of incoming orders into the SAP system accurately and promptlyFollow orders through the system from the time of order entry through invoicingManage and determine the appropriate method of order entry and shipment for accuracy and customer satisfactionProvide accurate and timely communication, including written correspondence, telephone, and electronic exchange to all customers (internal and external)Negotiate with Planning and Distribution for product availability and, if necessary, expedite shipments and coordinate back ordersTakes responsibility for errors and initiates actions to prevent reoccurrenceEstablish and maintain productive working relationships with customers, co-packers, and all internal departmentsInvestigate customer complaints regarding services, billings, and issues, resulting in the appropriate resolution and corrective action for both the external customer and Barry CallebautAbout you:College degree strongly preferred2 years customer service experienceEnglish 80% (conversation and written)SAP Experience is a plusSales Force experience strongly preferredStrong time administration and organizationTeam WorkWhat you can expect from Barry Callebaut:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packagePaid time off, plus 12 paid holidays, plus your birthday offEnvironment that welcomes workplace flexibilityAn atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
