Customer Service Specialist

**Responsibilities**Be responsible to attend Customer enquiries, identify their needs, clarify information and provide solutions. Making appointments and scheduling for patients, record call details in the system and register customers and educate them about special programs / initiatives. Act as first point of contact for Grievance management. Follow up on customer complaints/feedbacks**Requirements**:- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)- CMS Certification- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills- English proficiency (B2)- +6 months Customer Service Experience- Customer service oriented: able to take the extra mile to engage customers- Call center experience preferrable- 0-1 yr. of work experience in voice process in hospital/insurance setup (preferred but not required)**Technical requirements**:- Computer Proficiency Skills- Knowledge in operating Microsoft Office Suites**We offer**:- $12,000 Base salary- Up to $3,000 Performance Bonus- $3,000 Hiring bonus- 2 Days off- WORK FROM HOME- Direct hiring since day 1- Fully paid training- Pantry vouchers- 40 hours shift**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 64710, Monterrey, N.
