**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Onboarding**: Meet with new accounts to facilitate onboarding and establish strong, ongoing working relationships.
- **Client Support**: Provide "white glove service" to assigned clients, maintaining relationships through proactive weekly or biweekly meetings to address any concerns or issues.
- **Import/Export Assistance**: Assist with importation documents and collaborate with brokers and our import/export team for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- **Problem-Solving**: Determine the quickest and most effective ways to address client or customer questions and concerns.
- **Cross-Department Coordination**: Effectively coordinate and follow up on unresolved issues with different departments as needed.
- **Account Monitoring**: Monitor account activity, including orders, inventory, and shipping, ensuring all processes run smoothly.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Customer Service Experience**: Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- **Software Proficiency**: Ability to quickly learn and navigate software systems.
- **Empathy and Passion**: Strong empathy for merchants and a genuine passion for driving revenue and growth.
- **Attention to Detail**: High-level organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience with warehouses, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus.

**Schedule**:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Parque Industrial El Bajio, Tecate, B.C. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.


Salario Nominal: A convenir
