Join our team as a Pre-Intake Specialist and be the guiding force for our clients as they navigate their legal journey.In this role, you will:Play a vital role in the early stages of client intake, providing critical support to attorneys and legal teams by effectively gathering information, conducting preliminary case assessments, and maintaining accurate records.Onsite job in Virreyes, Interlomas - CDMXWork Schedule:The schedule for this role will be rotating based on work requirements, with shifts distributed between Monday to Saturday.
Employees will always have two days off per week, which may not necessarily fall on consecutive days.The rotating shifts are as follows (all times are in CDMX Timezone):9:00 AM to 6:00 PM10:00 AM to 7:00 PM11:00 AM to 8:00 PMCandidates must be flexible and available to work within these rotating shifts.ResponsibilitiesClient Intake: Interact with potential clients and gather necessary information during the initial intake process.Case Assessment: Evaluate potential cases based on predetermined criteria and guidelines.Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document client information, case details, and maintain organized records.Communication and Follow-up: Communicate with potential clients to gather additional information and provide updates.Legal Research: Conduct basic legal research related to potential cases.Referral Management: Assess potential cases that may fall outside the firm's practice areas and provide appropriate referrals.Client Education: Explain the firm's services and legal processes to potential clients.Data Management: Ensure accuracy and completeness of client data and adhere to confidentiality protocols.Collaboration with Attorneys and Legal Staff: Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on potential cases.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the client intake process.QualificationsBilingual English/Spanish.
English B1 or C1.Bachelor's degree.2+ years of professional working experience in customer service, support, or a related field.Ability to analyze situations and propose effective solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong empathy and understanding of customer needs.Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs.Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.Patience in dealing with challenging customer situations.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
