Customer Service Sr

The customer service representative is responsible for performing professional tasks related to providing the optimal level of service for total customer satisfaction.

*Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.

*Manage and administration of customers' accounts. (planner, new projects, quotes etc.)

*Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

*Follow up on customer interactions.

**Experience**
- 3 years in customer service
- Bilingual
- Studies: International Business, Administration, related.

**Schedule**
- Mondea-Friday
- Morning shift.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $27,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
