Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the roleAs a Customer Service Sr. Representative, you will attend, follow up and respond to CONDUSEF and PROFECO complaints and all related to Credit Bureau reporting. This role is also responsible for monitoring and managing improvements to Customer Service processes with a preventive vision.In addition, you will provide support with attention to customer requirements called "Tickets" and support activities in the Customer Service area.Type of contract: Fixed Term (4 months)What you needBachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences, Finance, Accounting.+2 years of experience in Customer Service or administrative activities.Intermediate - Advanced English (Will be evaluated in interviews).Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.Follow-up and focus on results.Time management.Interpersonal communication.What you will be doingAttention to CONDUSEF and PROFECO requirements.Reporting to internal areas and regulators.Review of Customer Service processes to define action plans to prevent our clients from going to regulatory authorities.Follow-up on writs and notifications from authorities.Support in escalation processes and regulatory issues.Detection of improvements in our processes and systems to correct the quality of information reported to the Credit Information Society.Attend Customers requirements related to the reporting of their credit history.Attention to customer service requirements.Management of reports and presentations of the area.What we offerAt GM Financial, we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
