Overview:The **Customer Service Supervisor** is the leader of the Customer Service Staff. This position is responsible for working with the team to solve issues raised by the customers and ensure they are addressed adequately.Daily operations activities include management and administration customers contracts, administration of payment inquiries, insurance claims, addressing CONDUSEF claims, credit bureau reporting, among other activities.**Location**:Monterrey, N.L.**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and coordinate activities related to Customer Service.- Manage and evaluate team members' performance.- Issue instructions to team members with assignments.- Develop assigned team.- Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.- Ensure policies and procedures are followed by the staff.- Help team members in resolving problems and completing work.- Resolve requirements, complaints and answer customers questions regarding services and procedures.- Follow up team activities.- Assure objectives and KPI´s completion.- Responsible for process improvements.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering is required.- +4 years of experience working in a Customer Service department.- Master's degree and / or Greenbelt certification is a plus.- Desired financial/banking background.- Proven team leadership.- Basic understanding between operational metrics and financial results.- Proficient influencing and negotiation skills.- Advanced relationship management and interpersonal skills.- Advanced oral and written communication skills.- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools.- Fluent in both Spanish & English (will be evaluated).- Detail oriented.- Highly responsible and proactive attitude.- Customer focused approach.- Commercial and negotiation skills.- Teamwork and collaborative attitude.LI-MA1Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
