Customer Service Supervisor

#LI-DNI**Customer Service Supervisor****Job based in Panzacola, Tlaxcala.
Panzacola Plant****Lear** is a global leader in Seating, Electrical and Electronic Systems with a **strategic and complimentary product portfolio** delivering advanced seating comfort, vehicle architecture and in-vehicle technology solutions.
****You will be responsible for customer demand analysis and risks detection and its communication to the plant and customer.
Programming of production and cutting lines according to customer requirements.
****YOUR TASK WILL BE**:- Coordinate the correct execution of cutting and production according to the needs of the client.- Coordinate and ensure critical numbers are shipped to the customer.- Coordinate balance out and start-up of new programs without any obsolescence.- Coordinate engineering changes in conjunction with Program Manager.- Personnel training programs completion.- Requirement's variations detection and plant / client notification.- Personnel management.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:- Bachelor's degree on Logistic, Industrial Engineering, or related.- 3+ years as Customer Service in the automotive industry.- QAD knowledge.- Proficient Microsoft Office package.- IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and CTPAT knowledge.- Advanced English Level required.
