**OVERVIEW**The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for hiring and supervising a customer services group, provide excellent customer service to the global Rain Bird distributors, technical product support, order entry, International logistics and compliance, administrative support on large scale data review and presentation using Excel and other internal tools. The customer service supervisor is responsible for accurate system setups for all saleable goods in the most efficient manner ensuring a positive interaction between Rain Bird and the customer.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:- Oversee the Group of CSR's supporting distributors, contractors and homeowners in phone support, service, order entry, billing, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), marketing programs and/or Retailers yearly programs and other sales and service functions as necessary for the assigned customer base Domestic and International- Communicates customer experience, quality standards and expectations to staff and provide coaching and support for improvement- Responsible for minimizing service-related delivery delays- Oversees returns goods requests, other service issues and any other adjustments for customers.- Responsible for Recruiting of Temporary and Core staff- Implement and review call center policies and procedures- Handles administrative processes such as, payroll, yearly performance appraisals, corrective action plans- Develops the yearly manpower planning- Handles especial projects from development to implementation- Preparers report about Service metrics for Management- Responsible for new hiring training**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- Ability to effectively prioritize work and project tasks- 2- 4 years' experience as Customer Service Supervisor for, order entry, call center inbound/ outbound operation and perhaps inside sales for customer within the United States- Excellent customer service skills.
