.Overview:You will be a part of a dedicated and professional team continuously striving to provide the highest level of customer service and support to internal and external customers.**Responsibilities**:- Be the customer champion within Waters to improve customers journey and experience with the company- Map quote-to-order-to-remittance process and identify improvement opportunities for service parts and consumables (i.E., delivery times, root cause to returns, levels of safety stock, prepayments, process errors, etc.)- Concentrate all customer inquiries re delivery and PO status and work cross-functionally to solve them as quickly as possible- Create a process to ensure and control that incoming PO are booked within 24 hours.- Work with customers and internal functions to clear any potential issue with PO that hinders its successful booking- Create a process to ensure and control consumable orders are shipped within 24 hours. Communicate with customers any delays in shipping beyond delivery commitments- Coordinate with customer delivery of documentation for prepayment orders, when applicable, and guarantees issuance- Provide support to Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives to troubleshoot customer issues and understand pricing/discount options- Analyze accuracy of consumables safety stock and propose improvements / different levels of stock- Temporarily assist AM in finishing instruments quotes to include freightQualifications:- Experience in Customer Service (+4 years)- Experience in process improvement projects and metrics for/in Customer Service (+2 years)- Experience and /or ability and interest to lead people (additional resources could be add to function)- Fluent in Spanish and working knowledge of English- University degree desired, minimum High School Diploma and 2+ years customer service experience- Excellent data entry skills; exceptional attention to detail- PC literate and familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook- Reliable and efficient with solid oral and written communication skills and a professional telephone manner- Experience with SAP is a plus- Role is based in Mexico City.
