SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing support to Customer Care Managers on their daily tasks such as production reports, data control and meeting scheduling.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

- High school finished
- Bachelor in progress (Engineering or Business Management preferred)

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTITUDES:

- Bilingual English & Spanish (at least 50% required)
- Microsoft Office (required)
- MRP System - BPCS (Desired)
- Ability to work in a stressful time driven environment.
- Ability to effectively prepare and present information to customers, management, and work groups.

MAIN FUNCTIONS & JOB AUTHORITY:

- Give visibility to upper management based on data and results.
- Fully oriented in following up the execution of actions committed with our customers and upper management.
- Organize all the recovery plans for escalated customers for Customer Care Manager visualization.
- Spread customer production and quality plans to shop floor level.
- Organize and standardize visual boards for daily production on Critical PNs follow up
- Audit Customer production/launch/quality plans

Authority to
- Request specific data needed to report the exact and effective data on the reports delivered.
- Demand production and quality supervisors to follow up customer plans and align them in customer priorities.

KEY ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION:

- Develop tools & process to provide a better data analysis and communication between plants and Customer Care Manager
- Generate daily reports for progress visibility on production and recovery plans.
