**Responsibilities**:
**Objective**:
- **Customer Service **will be based in **San Juan del Rio, Queretaro.
**It is responsible for coordinate roles and responsibilities of communication with clients (material planner, production programmer, customer service, traffic and logistics),
**Job Purpose**:
- Support business/customer's account growth by analyzing high level constraints and suggesting and leading projects to implement solutions, aligned with business metrics
- Help customers with their needs by always having good communication and being polite
- Ensure product lines are meeting customer expectations of: on time to promise, target lead times and order dating as customer service champion by utilizing available resources and materials management techniques
- Follow up raw material flow from vendor/supplier maintaining partnerships.
Interfaces between production and customer care representatives
- Create, support & promote techniques to maintain system integrity (e.g.
planning factors like lead-time schedule type, Safety Stock, planner code and/or buyer code)
- Communicates issues/concerns related to schedule changes caused by design problems, capacity limitation or material shortages, to appropriate levels within the organization
- Communicate customer priorities to the product family core team and follow up the plan to satisfy customer requirements
- Other tasks as assigned by Supply Chain Manager
- Analyzes customer order requirement, production capacity and material availability to acknowledge shipping dates for assigned production lines
- Monitor components are received and forwarded to the manufacturing facility accurately and on a timely manner
- Schedule the customer orders providing a delivery ship date, based on production capacity, other required resources availability, as well as raw material availability
- Analyze constraints and improvement within the department and organization and propose projects to implement solutions to support continue improvement
Qualifications:
***Education and experience**:
- Bachelor's Industrial, Mechanical, Logistics or Supply Chain related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years customer services or planning.
- Good Level of English.
- Experience ERP systems
- Customer services & leadership skills
- Analytical team player with excellent problem-solving skills
- Lean Supply Chain knowledge
- Project work engagement
