Provide analysis of current conditions and benchmarks to implement market plans, pricing strategy, incentives, discounts, promotions and rebates, as well as the effectiveness of these, in order to ensure compliance of the monthly and annual objectives of the spare parts, accessories, car care and collection items.- Day to day:- Together with the After-Sales and Spare Parts Management, determine the monthly and annual sales objectives for spare parts for Cars and Van Dealers, aligned to the rules of the variable margin program.- Review the reports generated by the product experts to propose commercial plans to achieve the sales objectives of spare parts, accessories, car care and collection items.- Daily monitoring of the purchase results of parts by dealer and by group, detect inconsistencies to adapt actions in conjunction with the CS team to contribute to the achievement of the objectives.**Qualifikationen**:- Profile:- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering- Previous experience: 3 years in strategic planning, automotive industry is a plus.- Technical knowledge: automotive parts, project management, sales & marketing of automotive products.- Languages: English (Advanced).- Location: Toluca, Estado de Mexico.- Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position, local contract applies.- Valid documents to work in Mexico are a must.Diversity allows us to have people with different experiences, skills and points of view, which is what most enriches our work and puts us at the forefront of the best transnational companies.
