**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Gain a comprehensive understanding of ThriveDX's educational service model to communicate with potential students and identify their needs effectively.- Provide accurate and relevant information in response to inquiries and address any additional questions.- Develop strong relationships with the Admissions team and leadership to streamline communication for new student acquisition processes.- Conduct thorough phone screens with potential students to assess their suitability and fit for the program.- Share program details and career opportunities with potential students to generate interest and excitement.- Assist in building brand awareness for ThriveDX.- Make outbound calls to follow up on web inquiries and warm leads, providing additional information about ThriveDX.- Demonstrate high motivation and determination to achieve target-driven goals.- Display resilience and the ability to handle rejection.- Stay self-motivated to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).- Take ownership of new and diverse tasks to accomplish organizational goals.- Shift schedules may vary depending on business needs.- Workdays may include weekends and will vary weekly.
