**As a Customer Success Administrator, you will provide a high level of support to the Australia and New Zealand Customer Success Specialist Teams and allsegments of customers within the ANZ** **region. You will handle transactional tasks for all customer segments, to allow our Customer Success Specialists (CSS) to focus on growth and adoption.****Responsibilities and Duties**:- Provide high standard contract summaries and account reconciliations for customers- Follow up open support cases for customers and report the outcomes to CSS and Team Leader- Process partial churn requests for customers- Manage dashboards and communications via dashboard for SG Fleet- Assist with any billing or reconciliation items associated with customers- Account allocation tasks and dealer customer allocation- Assist with any bespoke customer reporting requests- Churn and Order queue management**This role would need to work the Australian and New Zealand time zone, which would be Sunday to Thursday, late afternoon to evening.****Required Skills / Qualifications**:- 1+ year experience in an administrator or customer service role or similar- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.- Intermediate level Excel skills- Ability to work autonomously and display a high level of self-motivation- Ability to work within a fast-paced positive culture, supporting a strong team environment- Willingness to take ownership & be held accountable- Positive and enthusiastic approach and attitude, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills- Customer relationship and conflict management skills- Methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving- Prior experience using Sales Force (or similar CRM) and SAP is ideal but not necessaryTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $26,000.00 al mesHorario:- Fines de semana- Incluye fines de semana- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Ubicación:- 64780, Monterrey, N.
