Customer Success Associate

We are in need of a motivated Customer Success Associate to support the global Customer Success Team in providing best in class Customer Support to Jeeves clients. This role will be hands-on, strategic, and will serve as the key point person for establishing and maintaining strong relationships, driving adoption, retention, and growth.
Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte. #LI-HYBRID
Job Responsibilities:Provide Best in Class Support to our global portfolioDedication to improving the customer experience, being the voice of the customer internally, and retaining as many customers as possibleManage and raise tickets with technologies, usage of Zendesk, Hubspot, LinearIncentivize spend increase to existing companies (Portfolio management)Document processes and enhancements to the internal teamRequirements:2+ years of experience in support rolesMandatory fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plusPreferable experience in Zendesk Platform / HubspotAdvanced communication skills (written and spoken)Curious about the details on how the business operatesSelf-starter, proactive, and highly motivatedTeam player and very hands-onAgile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment
