This requires the CSM to have a sufficient understanding of the product and the customer. Therefore, your job arrangement will include two parts:1. Assist the CSM in delivering voice AI/chatbot projects to help you gain a better understanding of the product and solutions.2. Assist in collecting and analyzing project data, participating in direct communication with customers to help you gain a better understanding of enterprise needs and company operations.Job Requirements:1. Priority given to those with relevant internship experience2. Able to commit to at least four days of internship per week, with a preference for those able to intern for six months or longer3. On-site internship preferred4. Excellent communication skills and a spirit of cooperation, with a willingness and ability to solve problems5. Good adaptability and customer service spirit6. Proficient in computer office software such as PPT/Excel7.
