Job Responsibilities:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for delivering the expected value to enterprise clients after the project enters, and completing client renewals. This requires the CSM to have a sufficient understanding of the product and the customer. Therefore, your job arrangement will include two parts:
1. Assist the CSM in delivering voice AI/chatbot projects to help you gain a better understanding of the product and solutions.
2. Assist in collecting and analyzing project data, participating in direct communication with customers to help you gain a better understanding of enterprise needs and company operations.
Job Requirements:
1. Priority given to those with relevant internship experience
2. Able to commit to at least four days of internship per week, with a preference for those able to intern for six months or longer
3. On-site internship preferred
4. Excellent communication skills and a spirit of cooperation, with a willingness and ability to solve problems
5. Good adaptability and customer service spirit
6. Proficient in computer office software such as PPT/Excel
7. Familiar with data analysis tools and methods, able to use SQL and Excel to complete data analysis and reporting.
